Celtic have reportedly increased their efforts to sign Eintracht Frankfurt's Niels Nkounkou. The 25-year-old French left-back is under contract with the German club until 2028 and was left out of his team's first two matches of the season. Nkounkou originally joined Frankfurt from AS Saint-Étienne in 2023 for €7.5m and is valued at around €3m.
