Arsenal are among several clubs, including Aston Villa, Everton, Brighton, AC Milan, and Borussia Dortmund, that are interested in Eintracht Frankfurt's 20-year-old Turkish international attacking midfielder, Can Uzun. Arsenal are one of the Premier League clubs interested in a transfer for Uzun next year and have contacted his agency, 11WINS. It was reported that this approach was part of an exploration into a potential double deal that would also involve Club Brugge forward Nicolo Tresoldi, who is represented by the same agency. A source mentioned that Arsenal have had initial contacts about Uzun. The source also stated that Eintracht Frankfurt is aware of the interest and intends to direct interested clubs to his €60m (£50m) release clause. Uzun has 10 caps and one goal for Turkiye. He joined Frankfurt from Nürnberg in July 2024 for a transfer fee reported to be €11 million, and his contract is valid until June 2029. His market value on Transfermarkt is €45.00m. A reported offer of €40 million from Galatasaray was rejected in September 2026.
