Borussia Dortmund is monitoring the development of 19-year-old Portuguese winger Flávio Gonçalves, who also holds French citizenship. Bayer Leverkusen and RB Leipzig are also reportedly monitoring him. Gonçalves's contract with Sporting Lissabon runs until 2030 and includes a release clause of 60 million euros. FC Chelsea and Manchester United are planning to submit offers of around 50 million euros in the winter.
