Premier League clubs Bournemouth and Sunderland have sent scouts to watch Rangers centre-back Olwethu Makhanya. The 22-year-old South Africa international is also attracting interest from teams in Italy and Spain, with Brentford, Bologna and Sevilla also linked. Rangers are determined to keep their player, but a significant offer could tempt the club to sell for a fee likely to be more than the £25 million Scottish record sale.
