Jeanuël Belocian has been loaned by Bayer Leverkusen to Racing Santander, a Spanish first division club. According to Bayer Leverkusen's sporting director Simon Rolfes, Jeanuël completed the entire pre-season with them, showed good performances, and attracted attention. Rolfes added that the competition at Bayer 04 is currently still too great for him. The sporting director also said the player needs more playing time, which he can get in Santander at a top level, and that upon his return next year, he will be a promising candidate for their team.
