Festy Ebosele Transfer from İstanbul Başakşehir to West Bromwich Albion
According to David Sneyd via X, Wrexham are set to fend off competition from West Bromwich Albion to sign Republic of Ireland international Festy Ebosele on loan from Istanbul Basaksehir. In the final stages of the current window, it has emerged that Phil Parkinson's side are leading West Brom in the race to loan the 13-time international. Ebosele has made 25 appearances since signing a three-and-a-half year deal 12 months ago.
Right-Back Festy Ebosele is a target for West Bromwich Albion and Wrexham. There is growing interest from Wrexham in the 23-year-old Ireland international, and the club is believed to be working on a loan move. Ebosele currently plays for Istanbul Basaksehir, having joined in January 2025, and has previous Championship experience with Derby County. The defender has made 13 appearances in the Süper Lig this season, and his contract is valid until June 2028. Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €4.50m.
