According to some reports, Liverpool are monitoring PSV's 23-year-old Dutch defender Ryan Flamingo. He joined PSV in July 2024 for a reported €9M and is contracted with the club until 2029. Flamingo has been capped 17 times by the Netherlands U21 side and has also been linked with VfL Wolfsburg.
