Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Nnamdi Collins, an Eintracht Frankfurt centre-back. It is also said that Manchester United and Liverpool are keen on the 22-year-old German-Nigerian. All three Premier League clubs are monitoring the defender, who has impressed with his performances for Frankfurt and the German U21 national team, for which he has 13 caps. It is understood that the English clubs have sent scouts to follow Collins. He joined his current club in August 2023, and no concrete negotiations have started as the clubs continue to assess his suitability. Eintracht Frankfurt are reportedly unlikely to approve a departure in the January transfer window. The club views the player as part of its long-term plans and has him under contract until 2030. The German club is said to be looking for offers around €35 million before it would consider a sale. The club could also seek performance-related bonuses and a percentage of any future transfer fee. Collins has a current Transfermarkt market value of €20.00M.
