Liverpool is reportedly attentive to the situation of Wael Mohya, a 17-year-old attacking midfielder for Borussia Mönchengladbach. He faces widespread competition from clubs including Brighton, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, and AC Milan, while a previous report by Africafoot mentioned interest from Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, and RB Leipzig. Borussia Mönchengladbach wishes to extend Mohya's contract, which runs until June 2028, but a summer 2027 transfer is not ruled out for an offer of 35 million euros.
