Besiktas made a late attempt to sign 23-year-old Togolese international centre-back Kévin Boma, but Estoril's response was that the player was non-transferable this winter. The Portuguese club maintained the same position with several other interested parties, having also rejected two separate offers of around €7 million from German club Augsbourg and from Paris FC. Additionally, Everton from the Premier League had shown significant interest in the defender. Boma, who joined Estoril from Rodez in July 2024 for a reported €250,000, has a contract until June 2028 and a current market value of €4.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
