Josh Mulligan is out of contract at Dundee and attracting interest from several clubs, including newly-promoted Charlton Athletic from the English Championship. Despite being out of contract, Mulligan has not yet agreed to join any club. Rangers have held talks with Mulligan, but their transfer business is on hold pending the appointment of a new manager. Meanwhile, Charlton Athletic has emerged as a significant option for Mulligan, who also has interest from Salford City. With several clubs keen on securing his services, it seems likely that Mulligan will be moving on from Dens Park.
