Cardiff City boss Brian Barry-Murphy has denied rumours that his side are in negotiations to sign Rangers' 19-year-old Scottish defensive midfielder Bailey Rice in 2026. The Scotland U19 international, who has been capped 16 times, joined Rangers in July 2024 and his contract is set to expire in May 2026. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €800k.
