English defender Seb Naylor, 21, has joined Yeovil Town from Bristol City on a loan deal that will last until the beginning of January. The player, who can operate at left-back or in midfield, joined Bristol City in January from Manchester City's youth set-up. He has made one first-team appearance for Bristol City last season and has primarily been involved with the Under-21s this campaign. His contract with Bristol City runs until June 2029. Announcing the move on Friday, Bristol City's Sporting Director James Ellis stated that Naylor had been on the fringes of the first team and made a significant impact for the Under-21s. Ellis added that the loan provides an opportunity to gain vital senior experience in a competitive division and that the club will monitor his progress. A statement from Yeovil Town mentioned that the player offers manager Billy Rowley more options and that the move will allow Naylor to gain valuable experience in senior football while continuing his development at Huish Park.
