Everton manager David Moyes is understood to be interested in Celtic full-back Alistair Johnston, as Everton are seeking replacements with Seamus Coleman having departed and Nathan Patterson being close to an exit. Celtic's management is expecting significant offers for the 27-year-old, who is a target for several English sides following a strong World Cup with Canada. Fulham have also held long-term interest in the player. Celtic, however, are not eager to sell Johnston, who joined the club in January 2023, is settled in Scotland and has a contract until 2029, and it would require a significant offer to persuade the club to agree to a transfer.
