Lucas Beraldo has requested to leave Paris Saint-Germain during the summer transfer window. Despite positive discussions about a potential transfer in July, PSG's sporting advisor Luis Campos has rejected all approaches for the former Sao Paulo player. Beraldo is under contract with PSG until June 2028. He has been linked with a move to Galatasaray.

According to Fanatik, Galatasaray is planning to sign Beraldo to bolster their defense for the Champions League. Beraldo, who is currently with PSG, is contemplating a move due to uncertainties regarding his position at the club and his ambition to retain his place in Brazil's national team for the 2026 World Cup. It is reported that Galatasaray's ongoing interest has influenced Beraldo's consideration of a transfer. However, PSG has stipulated two conditions for his departure: they must first secure a new center-back and receive a transfer fee of 30 million Euros. At present, Galatasaray's budget does not suffice to cover this fee. Despite this, Galatasaray remains optimistic and is exploring a loan deal that includes a mandatory purchase clause. Discussions with PSG are anticipated to proceed in the upcoming days.
