Aston Villa are seeking a fee of £9 million to £10 million. Southampton's owner, Dragan Solak, has stated that a priority for the club is signing a new number 10 to support Finn Azaz. Dobbin, who joined Villa from Everton for £10 million in 2024, has not yet made his debut and is expected to be sold in the coming weeks following a loan spell at Preston North End where he scored 10 goals. His contract with Aston Villa expires in June 2028 and he has 2 caps for the England U19 team. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €7.00m.
