Burnley has made a proposal through intermediaries to sign West Ham's Greek international centre-back, Konstantinos Mavropanos, for the second half of the season. The 28-year-old player joined the London club in August 2023 and is seeking to leave ahead of the January window, even though his contract runs until 2028. It is reported that the Turkish club Besiktas is also preparing to start talks with West Ham for a potential deal for the player, who has 46 caps for Greece. His current market value is €18.00m, according to Transfermarkt. During the summer 2026 transfer window, West Ham's asking price for the player was reportedly between £30 million and £35 million.
