Liverpool are among the clubs interested in AC Milan's Belgian defender Koni De Winter, with Manchester United and Chelsea also named as being interested. The Daily Briefing first reported that Premier League scouts have been observing the 24-year-old in recent matches. Although he only joined Milan last season and is not thought to be urgently seeking a move, he is expected to be a player who will be monitored in upcoming transfer windows.
