Scouts from Tottenham, Newcastle, Leeds United, and Brentford have attended recent games to watch AC Milan's Belgian defender Koni De Winter, according to sources with ties to the agents industry. Liverpool, Manchester United, and Chelsea are also reportedly among the primary clubs interested in the 24-year-old. One source states that De Winter is developing very well at Milan, is a versatile talent, and is now establishing himself as one of the team's three central defenders, which has resulted in significant Premier League interest. The player joined Milan last season and is understood not to be eager for a move. He is expected to be a player who will attract attention in upcoming transfer windows, as clubs may potentially seek to strengthen their squads in January and next summer. The Belgium international has 8 caps for his country and is under contract until June 2030. His current market value is €25.00M, according to Transfermarkt.
