Sources with ties to the agents industry have reported that scouts from Leeds United, Newcastle, Tottenham, and Brentford have been present to watch AC Milan defender Koni De Winter in recent games. The 24-year-old is also considered a target for Liverpool, Manchester United, and Chelsea. The Daily Briefing was the first to report that Premier League scouts have been closely monitoring him. De Winter joined Milan last season and is not understood to be urgently seeking a move. He is expected to be a subject of interest in upcoming transfer windows, including January and next summer. A source stated that the player is developing very well at Milan, attracting significant Premier League interest, and is now establishing himself as one of the team's three central defenders. The Belgian may prioritise regular playing time, which could make him open to considering offers from clubs like Leeds. De Winter's contract at AC Milan is valid until June 30, 2030, and he has 8 caps for the Belgian national team. His current market value is €25.00M, according to Transfermarkt.
