Nottingham Forest have shown an interest in Eintracht Frankfurt's 22-year-old midfielder, Hugo Larsson, and it is understood they have made enquiries about his situation. Other English clubs including Brentford, Brighton and Hove Albion, Everton, and Hull City have also shown interest. Crystal Palace and Fulham have advanced to holding talks with the player. A fee of around £25 million could be sufficient to persuade Frankfurt to sell the Sweden international. It is reported that he is ready to move to England. Larsson, who has 12 caps for his country, joined Frankfurt from Malmö FF in July 2023 for a fee reported to be €9 million, and his contract is valid until 2029. Earlier in the summer, in July 2026, the asking price for the midfielder was reportedly more than €40 million.
