AS reported that Nottingham Forest was the first club to offer 25 million euros for Andrei Ratiu in several payments. The offer matched his release clause, but the Rayo entity did not respond, which resulted in Forest ultimately opting for the Colombian right-back Daniel Muñoz.

According to Matteo Moretto, Nottingham Forest has made contact with Rayo regarding Andrei Rațiu in the last few days. Nottingham Forest remains interested in the player.
