According to Swansea Independent, Swansea City have a significant interest in Sheffield Wednesday forward Bailey Cadamarteri and are the club in the strongest position to sign him. While Cadamarteri was originally a player identified for the summer, the interest in him is now uncertain in its timing. Sheffield Wednesday are determined to sell their assets, as relegation would considerably reduce values. Currently, the estimations of Cadamarteri's value do not match what any interested club is willing to pay. Clubs will either wait until the summer or negotiate with Wednesday, and manager Henrik Pedersen will be involved in these discussions.

It is believed that Millwall are the main club pursuing Sheffield Wednesday's 20-year-old Jamaican international forward, Bailey Cadamarteri, and it is reported that they are preparing a bid. However, they face competition from a number of Championship and League One sides, including Blackburn Rovers, Swansea City, Charlton Athletic, and Stoke City, while Luton Town, Wycombe Wanderers, and Mansfield Town are also interested.
