Randers head coach Rasmus Bertelsen has confirmed that midfielder Ousseynou Fall Seck is close to leaving the Danish club. This comes amid a reported bid from Swansea City. A fee of approximately €2m had reportedly been agreed by The Swans for the 19-year-old. Seck was subsequently left out of the squad for the 0-1 defeat to FC Nordsjælland. After the match, Bertelsen stated his belief that a move for the Senegal international was imminent. Seck has three caps for his country. The coach added that he was annoyed by the timing. He also stated that sometimes a club makes an offer with a plan and a transfer fee that necessitates a sale before a player has fully established himself. Seck's contract runs until 30/06/2029. He joined Randers from the Senegalese club AJEL de Rufisque last summer and has made 15 appearances. In August 2026, it was reported that the agreed transfer fee has a base of around £1,500,000 (~€1.8M), which could rise by another £1,000,000 (~€1.2M). This figure can be compared to his Transfermarkt market value of €25,000.
