Bailey Cadamarteri Transfer from Sheffield Wednesday to Hibernian

The Hibs Observer has stated that Hibernian are tracking Bailey Cadamarteri and that a bid has not yet been submitted. An initial report from Alan Nixon via his Patreon claimed Hibs had bid £1m for the SWFC man, while another report from The Star said a bid was submitted by Hibernian for a sum described as being in the mid-level six figures, which the report added is unlikely to be accepted.

Hibernian are monitoring Bailey Cadamarteri's situation at Sheffield Wednesday. It is reported that Hibernian have not tabled a bid of £1 million. Hibernian head coach David Gray has a known desire to add another physically imposing striker to his squad, and it is understood that 20-year-old Cadamarteri meets that requirement. Hibs are unlikely to make any offers approaching a seven-figure sum should they increase their interest in Cadamarteri.

Hibernian have made an unsuccessful offer of around £1m for Sheffield Wednesday's 20-year-old striker Bailey Cadamarteri. The bid was lower than an offer made by Blackburn in the summer and follows previously failed attempts by clubs including Blackburn, Preston North End, Ipswich Town, and Sheffield United. It is reported that Hibernian are hoping to benefit from Wednesday's administration status, but it is claimed that a greater offer will be required.
