Chelsea has made a verbal offer for Tylel Tati, an 18-year-old French-Senegalese Nantes central defender. The bid was for €30 million and was rejected by the French club. The London club's plan is to loan Tati back to Nantes to allow him to complete the season in Ligue 1. The transfer window is set to close on Monday. Last November, Nantes had let it be known that their valuation for the player was €50 million. Tati, who has made 18 appearances in Ligue 1 this season, is under contract until June 2028 and has been capped three times by the France U18 national team. His valuation on Transfermarkt is €12.00m. Several other top European clubs, including Milan, Juventus, and FC Bayern München, have also been linked with the defender.
