Tom Cairney's current terms at Fulham are set to expire in the summer of 2027 with no renewal being planned, and the Scottish midfielder may not complete his contract. It is suggested that Scott Parker, who is close to becoming the new head coach at West Ham United, could be interested in reuniting with the 35-year-old this winter. Cairney, who now plays most of his minutes as a substitute but remains an important player at the Cottagers, previously made 63 appearances under Parker, including having a significant role in their 2019/20 promotion season. A potential move to West Ham could be an inexpensive deal and would provide the club with an experienced player and more midfield options. The midfielder joined Fulham on July 1, 2015, and has earned 2 caps for Scotland. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €500.0K.
