Schalke rejected a recent five million euro offer from Swansea City for Adil Aouchiche. Aouchiche is a 24-year-old Algerian attacking midfielder who also holds French nationality. He joined from AFC Sunderland on a free transfer half a year ago and had also attracted interest from other Bundesliga clubs and teams in England. However, Sky also reports that the player will now extend his contract with Schalke from 2027 to 2030, with the signing expected early next week.
