Brighton & Hove Albion has expressed interest in acquiring 24-year-old Belgian midfielder Nicolas Raskin. Rangers FC regards Raskin as a crucial player for their squad and notes that he is contracted with them until mid-2028. The club is demanding a transfer fee of 25 million pounds, equivalent to nearly 29 million euros, for his release. In addition to Brighton, both Aston Villa and Fiorentina are reportedly eager to secure Raskin's services. Wolverhampton has also shown interest but is reportedly reluctant to meet the asking price set by Rangers. Raskin was previously acquired by Rangers from Standard for 1.5 million euros, with a 20% sell-on clause in place, which indicates that Standard stands to gain significantly should the transfer be finalized. According to Transfermarkt, Raskin's current market value is estimated at €10.00 million.
