Chelsea are reportedly interested in Newcastle United's German forward Nick Woltemade and could pursue a swap deal involving Liam Delap. According to Chelsea journalist Simon Phillips, the club will make an enquiry for the 24-year-old Woltemade if Newcastle start discussions for Delap. Chelsea are reportedly prepared to offer Woltemade the chance to play as a striker, a position he has recently been moved from at his current club.
