Max Johnston Transfer from Sturm Graz to Southampton
Southampton, the club that faced relegation from the Premier League, is reportedly eyeing Max Johnston as a potential replacement for Kyle Walker-Peters, who has yet to extend his contract with the 'Saints'. Johnston, a 21-year-old Scottish right-back, is currently committed to SK Sturm Graz until 2027. He has caught the attention of numerous clubs across Europe, including those in Germany, France, England, and Italy. Despite the interest from these clubs, Southampton considers him a strong candidate due to his potential and their need for a solid right-back following Walker-Peters' exit. It is reported that SK Sturm Graz, the Austrian champion, is willing to enter negotiations starting at a transfer fee of 2.5 million Euros, which could pave the way for Johnston's move to England.
