Coventry City have reached an agreement that is considered a surprise with Burnley to sign 22-year-old French winger Loum Tchaouna. The deal is reported to be a £20m package. The player was a high priority for Coventry, and Frank Lampard wanted to sign him. Tchaouna joined Burnley in July 2025 and his contract was due to expire in 2030. In the 2025/2026 Premier League season, he made 29 appearances, scoring two goals and providing one assist. The former France U21 international, for whom he has 10 caps and one goal, has a current Transfermarkt market value of €13.00m.
