Keny Alexander Arroyo Alvarado, an 18-year-old offensive winger, leaves Independiente del Valle to join Besiktas. He has signed a contract until June 30, 2029. Arroyo has played 44 professional matches and has participated in Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana, scoring five goals and providing eight assists. His performances earned him his first national team call-up and two appearances against Uruguay and Bolivia.

Beşiktaş has reached a preliminary agreement with Independiente del Valle and the player Keny Alexander Arroyo Alvarado. Keny Arroyo will come to Istanbul on February 8 for medical examinations and to complete transfer negotiations. The club officially announced the acquisition of the player.
