19-year-old PSV Eindhoven playmaker and Dutch central midfielder Joel van den Berg is keen on a move to Glasgow, viewing Celtic as a perfect next destination in his career. The teenager has made only five league appearances for PSV's first team, having mostly played for the club's reserve side, Jong PSV, in Holland's second tier. The Premiership side has not yet lodged a bid, but the player's willingness to move is expected to help the deal progress.
