Former West Ham scout Mick Brown told Football Insider that there is a lack of interest in the 31-year-old due to his style of play and a recent period of not being selected for matches. Ward-Prowse has not been involved in a matchday squad since Nuno Espirito Santo took charge in September. There has been speculation that the midfielder could return to Southampton since he stopped being selected for the team at West Ham, and Southampton could now attempt to sign him.
