Reports from Kazakhstan suggest Celtic are now leading the chase for 22-year-old Kazakhstani winger Galymzhan Kenzhebek, ahead of Hearts and other European clubs. Scouts from Celtic watched the Yelimay Semey player and were reportedly impressed with his display. Interest has also been noted from clubs located in Russia, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Belgium. Kenzhebek's contract expires at the year's end, and his club rejected summer offers from three Slovakian teams—Slovan Bratislava, Kosice, and Zilina—as they intended to keep him until his deal concluded. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is estimated at €225k.
