Celtic have inquired about the conditions for a potential transfer for Al Ahly's Egyptian midfielder, Emam Ashour. The club considers the 28-year-old to be a No. 8 who can also play in defensive midfield, and a deal could be completed for approximately £4m. However, Celtic could have competition as there is reportedly interest from clubs in Saudi Arabia and England.
