Cyriel Dessers Transfer from Rangers to Club Brugge
Nigerian international Cyriel Dessers, 30, has indicated his openness to returning to Belgium after previous discussions with Club Brugge. The centre-forward disclosed that there had been two instances of contact with Club Brugge, one during Ivan Leko's tenure as manager and another while he was at Cremonese, though the interest did not come to fruition. Despite the ongoing interest from Club Brugge, Dessers remarked that it is still premature to consider leaving Rangers, where he is presently playing. He also conveyed his admiration for several Belgian teams and recently purchased a house in Mechelen, suggesting a possible future move. Dessers' contract with Rangers is valid until May 2027, with a market value assessed by Transfermarkt at €4.00m, and he has been associated with clubs such as AEK Athens and Cagliari.
