Cuiabano Transfer from Botafogo to Nottingham Forest
Cuiabano from Botafogo is on the verge of being sold to Nottingham Forest as part of a deal involving three players totaling a bit more than 35 million euros.
Cuiabano, who plays as a right-back for Botafogo, is poised to join Nottingham Forest, currently ranked 7th in the Premier League, during the upcoming summer transfer window. This move is part of a major strategic operation orchestrated by the club's owners, Evangelos Marinakis and John Textor. The Athletic journalist, David Ornstein, reported that Cuiabano will be one of three Botafogo players transferring to Nottingham Forest, along with central defender Jair Cunha and striker Igor Jesus. While the financial specifics of the transfer have not been disclosed, there is speculation that the funds from this deal could potentially support Eagle Football, possibly aiding Olympique Lyonnais.
