Bournemouth have a serious interest in signing Vasco da Gama winger Andres Gomez in the January transfer window and have already held initial discussions. The Cherries view Gomez as a versatile, direct winger who can play on either flank, and sources suggest the club believes his previous experience in Ligue 1 would aid his adaptation. Other major European sides have recently been watching him, and German clubs, which included Bayer Leverkusen, were monitoring his progress earlier in the year.
