Brazilian defender Kauã Pascini, an 18-year-old who is currently with Atletico Mineiro, has attracted the interest of Roma. The club is looking for a backup for Wesley and views the player as a potential option at a relatively contained cost. It is reported that Juventus are also interested, having previously looked for a left-sided player in the summer. Several international clubs are also said to be studying his situation. Although Pascini's contract with Atletico Mineiro runs until June 2030, it is reported that a significant offer arriving as early as January would be considered. The defender has made 11 appearances in the domestic league in the 2025/2026 season, has been capped four times for the Brazil U20 team, and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €2.5M.
