Derby County boss John Eustace has stated a desire to sign Bobby Clark permanently. According to Derbyshire Live, Eustace said the club would love to sign him but the focus is on the current season for now, adding it would be fantastic if a deal could be completed. It is stated that Salzburg will have a decision to make on Clark’s future once his loan at Derby County ends. It is also stated that Derby County paid a reported £10m to sign him from Liverpool and would likely try to recoup that fee. Eustace acknowledged that a transfer would not be cheap and if valued at more than £10m, Clark could be too expensive for Derby County.

English Championship club Derby County is reportedly interested in securing a loan deal for Bobby Clark, but there are doubts about whether Salzburg will approve a loan exit this month. Clark, who transferred to Red Bull Salzburg from Liverpool for £6 million last summer, has found it challenging to secure regular playing time under the new management of Thomas Letsch, primarily making appearances as a substitute. This limited playing time has sparked increased interest from British clubs such as Rangers, Swansea City, and Hull City, along with Derby County, all of whom are eager to arrange a temporary deal for the 19-year-old midfielder.
