Southampton are reportedly targeting Estoril defensive midfielder Antef Tsoungui as a priority before the transfer window closes, as the club seeks a replacement for Shea Charles. Tsoungui holds Belgian and English nationalities. Rangers also view Tsoungui as a target. Estoril is seeking a transfer fee of €5–6 million for the 23-year-old. Tsoungui, who is also able to play at centre-back, has three years remaining on his contract after joining the Portuguese club from Feyenoord last year. The defender has one cap for the Belgium U21 national team and has a market value of €1.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
