Aribim Pepple was linked with Wrexham during the summer transfer window after an outstanding first season with Plymouth Argyle. A sizeable fee would have been required to sign him, with Tom Cleverley having implemented a seven-figure release clause in his deal following his £250,000 arrival from Luton Town in July 2025. Pepple addressed his future, stating he paid no attention to the transfer talk during the window. He said that there is always going to be interest if you are scoring goals but he is just focused on giving his full commitment to his club.

Wrexham are reportedly interested in signing Plymouth Argyle striker Bim Pepple before the transfer window closes, as they look for more reinforcements this summer. The 23-year-old, who holds both Canadian and English nationality, is being considered by Phil Parkinson at the Racecourse Ground. Preston North End are also potential suitors, while unnamed teams in MLS and Europe are also said to be interested. Pepple, who joined Plymouth in July 2025, is considered a key player for the club, where he has scored 19 goals in 43 appearances, and the club faces a challenge to keep him amid the attention from elsewhere. The uncapped Canadian international has a current market value of €375k, according to Transfermarkt.
