It is reported that Swansea City are interested in signing Brighton's 21-year-old English winger Amario Cozier-Duberry before the 1 September deadline, and that the club is part of a group of seven second-tier clubs with definite interest. The other clubs named as being interested are West Ham, Middlesbrough, Burnley, Cardiff, Millwall, and Wolves. Brighton have supposedly offered the winger a new contract and are planning to send him out on loan for the 2026-27 season, as he does not appear to be in the club's immediate first-team plans. Cozier-Duberry has been capped three times for England U20, joined Brighton in July 2024 and his contract runs until 2028. In August 2026, Brighton's asking price was reportedly £10 million, and it was said that a bid of £7.5 million from Rangers was rejected. According to Transfermarkt, his current valuation is €5.00m.
