According to TBR Football, Brighton are one of several clubs interested in 20-year-old 'Dynamo' Ukrainian centre-back Taras Mykhavko. The publication also lists 'Liverpool', 'Manchester United', 'Chelsea', 'Newcastle', and 'Brentford' as interested parties, and suggests that German clubs 'Bayer' and 'RB Leipzig' are also monitoring him. Graham Bailey, a correspondent for the publication, reported that a move to England for the defender seems more than realistic in the near future. Bailey conveyed that a number of scouts have told him they believe Mykhavko is ready for a transfer and could end up in the Premier League, noting that English clubs have been impressed by how well Ukrainian players have adapted in recent years. Citing Transfermarkt, the report adds that the player's contract with 'Dynamo' is valid until February 28, 2028, and his estimated value is 6 million euros.
