Sontje Hansen Transfer from NEC to Birmingham City
Birmingham City has shown an interest in Sontje Hansen, according to Sky Sports journalist Anthony Joseph. Hansen, who plays as a right winger, is under contract with NEC until the middle of 2027. A move in the summer is a possibility, with several clubs contemplating signing him. Birmingham City, recently promoted to the Championship, is among the clubs interested in the 23-year-old, but he is also being monitored by other teams. Last winter, Burnley was eager to sign Hansen; however, negotiations did not succeed. He was also on the verge of joining French club RC Lens, but discussions collapsed due to financial disagreements. Hansen participated in 34 matches last season for NEC, scoring seven goals and contributing four assists, with his market value estimated at four million euros.
