Red Bull Salzburg submitted an offer of four million pounds plus a potential resale percentage for Southampton's Samuel Edozie. The Championship club rejected the bid. It was also reported that US Lecce proposed a similar sum for the 23-year-old left winger, and that offer was also rejected by Southampton. Edozie's contract at Southampton runs until 2027.
