Talks are progressing for Club Brugge to sign Romain Esse, who is a 21-year-old English winger. While discussions with the player are ongoing, a formal bid has not yet been submitted to Crystal Palace. Esse has three caps for the England U21 team. He joined Crystal Palace from Millwall in January 2025 for a fee reported to be €14.2M, and his contract is valid until June 30, 2030. During the 2025/2026 Premier League season, he made 11 appearances, in which he scored one goal and provided one assist. His current market value is €10.00m, according to Transfermarkt. Preston North End has also been linked with Esse.
