Tottenham Hotspur is searching for a new goalkeeper and has an interest in Sunderland's 23-year-old Dutch goalkeeper, Robin Roefs. The club has decided to sell their current first-choice keeper, Guglielmo Vicario, in the summer. It is reported that Brighton’s Bart Verbruggen and Manchester City’s James Trafford are also being considered by Spurs. Roefs joined Sunderland in August 2025 and has made 27 appearances in the Premier League during the 2025/2026 season. His contract is valid until June 2030, and according to Transfermarkt, his market value is €18.00m. Reports have also connected Roefs with several other Premier League clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Liverpool.
